The rooms are a nice size, huge, and come with a sofa and a settee. Exceptionally pleasant and very very helpful staff as one would expect. The location is secluded. Also, it's 10 minutes by car from Penlee House Gallery and Museum.

The rooms were nicely decorated and we could park on-site. The location was nice and absolutely perfect, in beautiful surroundings. It was also so close to Newlyn, and St Ives.

It is undoubtedly an exceptionally comfortable option when you are in Penzance. Overall, it's perfect base for exploring Penzance attractions. The location is absolutely perfect, and the staff is really helpful. Besides, the hotel is located 4 km away from Chapel Street. The good restaurant is a nice plus.

Comfortable and tidy place, spectacular view of the garden and the Penzance bay. Comfortable beds in our queen room. Huge bathroom and a bath with good sewerage.

The breakfast in the morning was excellent and complete with fresh continental and toast, as example. This location was marvellous and charming, just off the next restaurants, St Michaels mountain and sightseeing in the far west of Cornwall. Besides, a walled garden was 2 km away from the property.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hotel facilities, including the large TV, heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, were a great addition to our stay. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and we enjoyed using the pool and spa after a busy day.

Had 1 night in this exceptionally comfortable hotel, spent our time here lovely. Loved the way our a nice size double room with kitchenette was arranged. There were a coffee maker and refrigerators upon arrival.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Penzance. Decent, perfect location in the lovely gardens. Also - near restaurants, jams and beautiful grounds. Nicely decorated unit with a spectacular view.

Think that this exceptionally comfortable hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Efficient staff, SPECTACULAR views of the ocean and surrounding country, everything is perfect. The double room is well-appointed and spotless. All in all they offer attentive service. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi in all rooms is very quick.
